Last-minute sign-ups make it hard for us to plan logistics (especially toilets!), secure permits and confirm local support/volunteers. If entries lag behind our planning window, we often face difficult decisions—including cancellation. Your early registration literally helps keep the show running, oh and its cheaper!

Our launch prices offer the lowest rates—but they’re available only in the first weeks. If you book more than three months out, you can break your entry fee into up to six monthly payments via Trident Pay. That’s smarter budgeting, with guaranteed savings.
